Treatment Packages expire within one (1) year of date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Purchases are non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please provide 48 hours notice via telephone to avoid full charges and so that other clients may be accommodated ~ thanks in advance. In the event that a client is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment without notice via telephone, the appointment is considered cancelled by the client and full charges apply. If a client is late, unfortunately we cannot extend the appointment past the allotted appointment time in fairness to clients with appointments/classes afterwards. Instructors/practitioners/musicians (based on availability) and curriculum/activities (based on weather and group needs) are also subject to change without notice. Please ask about our Cancellation Policy at the time of booking ~ deposits and course, retreat and event payments are non-refundable. In some cases, a minimum number of participants is required to run a course, retreat, or event. In the event that InnerVitality cancels a course, retreat, or event, no payment is required and a full refund of monies paid to InnerVitality will be given (no outside expenses incurred will be reimbursed). If an overnight retreat is cancelled, a minimum of 2 weeks notice will be provided. For overnight retreats, a liability waiver, health information and dietary needs form, must be filled out so we can confirm your registration and best meet your needs on your vacation.
